Then we added the question about craft beer & wine events – What regulations apply? Do you allow donated product? Can breweries/distilleries pour their own product? And then we added the question of what is allowed for food sampling and exhibit booth food giveaways. Add concession stand minimum fees to the discussion and things should heat up and make for a hot & spicy topic.
