WASHINGTON DC – The Convention Sales Professionals International (CSPI) Nominating Committee, chaired by Russell R. Kice, CMP, CEM, HMCC, CSPI’s 2017/18 Immediate Past President, met on February 11, 2018 in Washington DC and reviewed in detail, several stellar nominees for the incoming Board of Directors.  After careful due diligence and deliberation, the committee is pleased to announce the CSPI 2018/19 Board of Directors effective immediately following the annual business meeting which was held on February 12, 2018.

The CSPI Annual Conference attracts participants from across the United States comprised of sales and marketing executives and national sales managers from Convention Centers, venues, and hotels along with their counterparts in destination marketing organizations. Additional attendees include CSPI’s Future Sales Professional members who are hospitality students, university faculty, recent graduates and entry level sales staff with less than 5 years of industry experience and CSPI affiliate members who are suppliers to the industry.


CSPI is the only industry organization dedicated to fostering collaborative sales partnerships between Convention Sales Professionals and their counterparts at Convention Centers, Convention Hotels and city and Regional Destination Marketing Organizations (DMO’s)
