And you know how to read and reply to an RFP with your eyes closed. But, matching your facts with the client’s needs is not enough if you want to be remembered. To “wow” the prospect and win the contract for a big event you need to add the magical touch that makes a presentation unforgettable. You need to tell a story. Internationally respected public speaking trainer and coach Carmie McCook will share storytelling techniques that will help take your sales presentations to the next level. You will learn a process to uncover your buyers’ true needs and how to use stories to make you, and your destination, stand out and connect with your client on an emotional level.

Representatives from two high-level third party meeting planning companies will sit on a panel lead by a CSPI Board Member. 

Roundtables
11:00am - noon

The Roundtables are open discussion driven 15 minute mini-sessions. Attendees will rotate every 15 minutes to tables presenting topics of their choice. Sessions will be determined approximately two weeks prior to the confernence in order to capture the most current issues within the meetings industry. Content will include trends in technology, marketing, planning among otherhot topics. There will be a total of approximately 8 roundtables to allow for small group discussion and sharing of best practices.

This one-hour Q&A session is a chance for our community to get answers to burning questions. We invite you to join us for our most interactive session yet.
