Representatives from the National Alliance to End Homelessness (NAEH) sit on a panel to discuss homlessness in America today and the challenges the Convention Industry face - such as the impact on cities with the hightest percentages of displaced people, convention centers that are public spaces and "open to all," adjacent streets and loading dock areas that become "camps." Our panelists will share important statistics, national trends and creative solutions on how Centers and Bureaus can become part of the team to solve this growing epidemic. There will be time for Q&A for attendees to ask market-specific questions. If it's an issue at your venue or city, it's likely an issue elsewhere too.

Convention sales professionals have two main brand objectives. The first is to uphold and expand the corporate brand that they represent. The second, is to create and grown their own personal brand. Today with everything going digital - and everyone's personal profile steadily growing online - it's more vital than ever that sales professionals have a working knowledge of the concept of personal branding so they can stay competitive. It's also imperative that sales professionals understand how to balance their personal brand with that of their employer. This 60-minute, hands-on session will provide attendees with real and practical tips to help them grow their corporate and personal brands to engage key stakeholders.

A CSPI Board Member will, once again, lead us in this interactive session, we're taking our transparency to a whole new level with our signature Town Hall-style forum - and we want you to Ask Us Anything! This one-hour Q&A session is a chance for our community to get answers to those burning questions. Whether you want more info on technology trends, trending consumer shows, sales best practices, marketing strategies or anything else - we invite you to join us for our most interactive session yet. We will start with some hot questions from prior sessions and you can submit your questions throughout the day and we'll discuss as many of them as possible during the live session. Often questions from Town Hall LIVE! lead to Town Hall Call session topics during the year for a deeper dive.

The Roundtables are open discussion driven 15 minute mini-sessions. Attendees will rotate every 15 minutes to tables presenting topics of their choice. Sessions will be determined approximately two weeks prior to the confernence in order to capture the most current issues within the meetings industry. Content will include trends in technology, marketing, planning among other hot topics. There will be a total of approximately 8 roundtables to allow for small group discussion and sharing of best practices.
